In order to fully guarantee the quality and structural safety of steel structure engineering and strictly conform to the national acceptance standard, our steel structure testing laboratory is equipped with a full set of specialized mechanical and physical and chemical testing equipment, which can complete the whole project testing of steel structure raw materials, high-strength bolt connectors, friction surfaces of steel members, welded joints, etc., and meet various testing requirements such as incoming materials re-inspection, process evaluation, type inspection and project completion acceptance.
I. Special testing equipment for high-strength bolts
The laboratory is equipped with two core special equipment, namely, high-strength bolt detector and anti-slip coefficient detector, covering the key acceptance items of steel structure high-strength bolt connection system.
High-strength bolt detector is used for re-inspection of 8.8-grade, 10.9-grade hexagonal and torsion-shear high-strength bolts, which can accurately detect bolt pretension, construction torque and torque coefficient, collect and store test data in real time, effectively judge bolt fastening performance, and ensure the compliance and stability of fastener installation quality.
The anti-slip coefficient detector is specially used for the process evaluation of the friction surface of steel members. The equipment is equipped with multi-channel high-precision sensors, which can synchronously monitor the pre-tension of multiple groups of bolts. It needs to be matched with a hydraulic universal testing machine to complete the slip loading test, accurately measure the anti-slip coefficient of the friction surface, verify whether the steel plate surface treatment process meets the standard, and eliminate the potential safety hazard of node slip.
Second, the metal material impact toughness testing equipment
The pendulum impact tester is equipped for Charpy impact test of steel structure, which can detect the impact absorption work of materials, scientifically evaluate the low-temperature toughness and brittle fracture resistance of steel, and effectively ensure the structural stability of building steel structure under complex working conditions.
Complete sets of equipment for metallographic microscopic analysis
The laboratory is equipped with metallographic cutting machine, metallographic grinding and polishing machine, metallographic microscope and image analysis system, which can complete cutting, grinding, polishing and microstructure observation of metal samples in one stop. Through microscopic metallographic analysis, the materials of steel and bolts can be accurately identified, the heat treatment process can be verified, and the failure reasons of components can be analyzed, which provides microscopic data support for material quality control and process optimization.
Four, material hardness testing equipment
It is equipped with Rockwell Hardness Tester and Vickers Hardness Tester, which is suitable for full-scene hardness testing of steel structures. Rockwell hardness tester is mainly used to test the hardness of high-strength bolts, steel base materials and conventional fittings; Vickers hardness tester accurately detects narrow thin-layer areas such as welds and heat affected zones, and comprehensively covers the hardness acceptance standards of raw materials, fasteners and welded components.
Five, hydraulic universal material testing machine
Equipped with hydraulic universal testing machine, it is the core general mechanical testing equipment in the laboratory, which can complete conventional mechanical tests such as tension and compression of steel structure plates and profiles, and detect key indexes such as tensile strength, yield strength and elongation. At the same time, as a special loading equipment for anti-slip test, it perfectly adapts to the detection condition of friction surface of high-strength bolts in steel structure, and one machine meets the requirements of routine re-inspection and special test.
