LTNJ-20-1 (single station) tire high-speed durability tester

This testing machine is used to test the high-speed performance and durability of motorcycle tires. The testing machine simulates the road surface with the surface of the drum, and the motor drives the drum to rotate. Using the electric cylinder as the loading power, the test rim and tire assembly fixed on the station shaft are pressed on the surface of the drum, and the test is carried out at the preset test speed and test load.

Introduction

The drum of the main machine of the testing machine has a smooth surface and no obstacles. After three-dimensional simulation test and dynamic balance test, the drum ensures that the testing machine has sufficient structural strength and good stability under the condition of high-speed tire durability test.
The drum of the testing machine is driven to rotate by motor and belt drive. The test load is controlled by electric servo closed loop, and the electric cylinder provides the loading power.
