The system supports three-point independent calibration of torque sensor, axial force sensor and angle encoder, and the calibration parameters can be derived from the backup and reloading of config file to avoid repeated calibration, which greatly reduces the equipment operation and maintenance cost.

The software interface is divided into four modules: digital display panel, curve visualization panel, sample information input panel and speed control area, which supports batch new sample records and sample template import, and batch inspection of the same batch of bolts does not require repeated input of parameters.
