Recently, the technical service team of Jinan Liling Testing Machine Co., Ltd. rushed to a construction inspection station in Jiangxi Province to carry out a full set of on-site installation, debugging and practical training services for the 150-ton electro-hydraulic servo horizontal tensile testing machine purchased by customers. The equipment has been debugged and has formal test conditions.
The 150-ton horizontal tensile testing machine is a large-tonnage mechanical testing equipment customized for the construction inspection industry, which can complete the breaking tensile force, static load protection and tensile mechanical properties tests of steel wire ropes, slings, chains, rings, steel cables, insulated cables, metal connectors and other samples. In the field construction stage, the technical personnel of the force leader successively completed the processes of lifting the equipment in place, aligning the main frame horizontally, calibrating the coaxiality of the oil cylinder and the force sensor, connecting and exhausting the hydraulic pipeline, debugging the wiring of the electric control system, calibrating the parameters of the measurement and control software, etc. After the hardware debugging, the simulation loading test is carried out to verify the accuracy of load and displacement collection, and the on-site practical training is carried out for the operators of the detection station, explaining the key points of sample clamping, the use of various auxiliary devices, the setting of test scheme, data export and daily maintenance of equipment.
After repeated field tests, the servo loading response of the equipment is sensitive, the hydraulic system runs smoothly, the force value and displacement data are collected accurately, and all technical indexes meet the requirements of the contract and national standard test. After the equipment landed, it filled the short board of tensile testing ability of large-tonnage components in Jiangxi Construction Engineering Testing Station, which can undertake the inspection and testing business of steel wire rope rigging, welding chain, beam spreader, lifting rings, steel cables and other engineering components, and improve the testing service ability of the laboratory.
