As the core elastic element of automobile chassis suspension system, rubber bushing plays a key role in shock absorption, vibration isolation, load transmission and motion guidance. Its mechanical properties and durability level directly determine the ride comfort, handling stability and driving comfort of the whole vehicle. In order to meet the requirements of multi-dimensional mechanical properties testing of rubber bushings, Jinan Power Collar Testing Machine Co., Ltd. independently developed LB‑RBT‑2025 rubber bushing comprehensive performance testing platform, which is a high-precision, fully automatic multi-functional testing device with reference to many authoritative standards at home and abroad. It can complete the testing of static stiffness, dynamic stiffness and fatigue life of bushings under radial, axial and torsional uniaxial loading and triaxial composite loading conditions, and is suitable for rubber-metal composite bushings of automobile chassis, bushings of suspension control arms, bushings of stabilizer bars and so on.
The design and development of this equipment strictly follows the multi-dimensional standard system, covering national standards GB 7258‑2017, GB/T 31467‑2015, automobile industry standards QC/T 1065‑2017, QC/T 566‑2013, etc. Meanwhile, it refers to ISO 20150:2020 international standards for durability testing of road vehicle chassis elastic support to ensure the standardization of the testing process and the reliability of the testing results.

The test-bed can carry out four types of test items: radial, axial, torsional and triaxial combination. The radial load test simulates the vertical axis load transmitted by the wheel. The maximum radial load is 50kN, the error of load indication is 1% fs, the displacement measurement resolution can reach 0.001mm, and it supports various waveform loads, which can complete the million-level cyclic fatigue test. The axial load test is used to evaluate the performance of the bushing under tension and compression. The maximum axial load is 30kN, and the dynamic stiffness test can be carried out. The test temperature can be extended to 40℃ ~+120℃. Torsional loading simulates the torque caused by vehicle steering and bumping. The maximum torque is 500N・m and the torsion angle is 45. The equipment can output the torque angle curve in real time and calculate the torsional stiffness.

Combined loading is the core advantage of this equipment. The three axes are controlled by independent PID, and the load can be applied synchronously in radial direction, axial direction and torsion. The loading phase difference can be adjusted by 0.360, which supports the introduction of external load spectrum in CSV and Excel formats. During the test, the loading modes of single axis, double axis and three axes can be switched freely, which can highly restore the complex combined stress working conditions of the real vehicle and collect the load, displacement and specimen temperature data of each axis synchronously.

The core technical indicators of the equipment are in line with the industry standard, with the maximum radial load of 50kN, the maximum axial load of 30kN and the maximum torque of 500N・m;. The static stiffness error should be controlled within 10%, and the key indexes such as dynamic stiffness, fatigue life, adhesive strength and failure judgment should be specified. The load indication accuracy is 1% fs, the displacement resolution is 0.001mm, and the failure state of the specimen such as stiffness loss over 20% and crack over 25% thickness can be identified.

The whole set of equipment consists of four parts: mechanical system, driving system, measuring system and electrical control system. The mechanical system adopts high-rigidity alloy steel closed vertical loading frame, equipped with servo electric cylinder, servo torque motor and modular quick-change high-strength alloy steel fixture to reduce the external vibration transmission of equipment; The drive system is equipped with three-axis independent servo drivers; The measurement system is equipped with high-precision load, torque and displacement sensors, matched with temperature acquisition module, and multi-channel signals are synchronously acquired; The electrical control system is equipped with industrial controller, complete safety interlock and emergency stop loop, and Chinese man-machine interface.

Supporting special test software, covering the whole process of test control, data processing report output and safety protection. The software can customize all kinds of test parameters, edit and import test load spectrum, display all kinds of test curves in real time, and support automatic operation of multi-stage tests; It can collect and store original test data at high frequency, automatically calculate static and dynamic stiffness, stiffness attenuation rate, fatigue life and other parameters, generate test reports in Word and PDF format with one click, and test data can also be exported to Excel and CSV format; At the same time, it has multiple protection mechanisms such as software overload, displacement limit, overtemperature alarm, safety door interlock and hardware emergency stop to ensure the safety of testers and equipment.

Equipment acceptance is divided into two stages: factory acceptance FAT and site acceptance SAT. The factory side completed 72 hours of no-load trouble-free operation, completed sensor measurement calibration, and carried out pre-test of standard specimens; After the equipment arrives at the use site, it can be delivered only after completing the installation and debugging, 24-hour no-load trial operation, on-site measurement and calibration, complete the whole process test of typical bushing and output the report.

The supplier shall also deliver a complete set of technical documents such as equipment instructions, electrical drawings, factory reports and software manuals; The supplier provides on-site installation and debugging, on-site training of operators and technical support for testing, and provides free maintenance during the warranty period, and can provide paid technical services after the warranty period expires.
